We partnered DNA testing company that provides personalized health and wellness insights across categories like health risks, diet, fitness, mental health, and family planning. Traditionally, after doctors and lab researchers completed patient DNA testing, they had to manually pair the correct markers into the right placement within reports which is a tedious process that could take 2–3 days. By leveraging RPA methods combined with GenAI, we built an automation solution that streamlines this entire workflow, reducing days of manual work into just minutes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Built with Python for RPA, Laravel PHP for the management console, and FastAPI for backend processing, the system supports features like:

• Role-based user management for secure access control

• Real-time reporting with dynamic DNA insights

• Automated DNA marker mapping and data processing

• Scalable architecture to handle growing data and client demands
